♥ Rehearsal Coordination. Who walks where and with whom. Rehearsal timeline set to music chosen. Rehearsal generally within the week before the wedding.
♥ Go over your timeline for the day of. From the start of the ceremony to the end of the night. Every moment that you want to document will be put into the timeline. I know timelines are rarely perfect, but to get a general idea for what you are looking for (This will then be coordinated with all of your vendors (specifically a DJ or MC for your wedding).
♥ Walk through of your venue. This is to make sure that all of your tables are placed where you want them. Dance floor, gift table, bar etc.
♥ Over the phone rentals, I double check your rental and linen orders to make sure that you have everything covered for the day of. Don’t want to miss anything!!!
♥ Set up of decorations. This includes all table décor, centerpieces, and any other details. It is nice to have a few helping hands. If you can provide 1-2 people depending on how much there is to set up. Otherwise I can hire some help at $20/hour depending on how many decorations there are. I will need to know where all decorations go at the end of the night as well as designated cars for gifts, leftover alcohol and food.
♥ Day of coordination includes (1) walk through, (1) 2-3 hour meeting to talk about timeline coordination and get all vendor information. As well as talk about decoration information for the day. (1) 2 hour Rehearsal the week before the wedding and 14 hours on the day of the wedding.
