♥ Timeline to include ALL day, I will help orchestrate what the perfect day can entail, with much knowledge on how much time everything takes this can come in handy to make sure that you are getting everything that you need, this timeline will start at the beginning of the day to include everything from hair appointments to picture times, to the start of the ceremony and include all of your special details.
♥ Rental setup: I will actually meet with you to set up your rentals. IE Tables, linens, glassware (etc) This is one of my favorite parts of wedding planning! Generally takes about 2 hours at one singular location. If going between a few locations, an hour at each location works.
♥ Consulting with vendors, calling all vendors to make sure they have times to be there.
♥ Creating a checklist, we will be in contact for the entire month before your wedding, making sure that all of your stuff is dialed in and taken care of. This includes going through a detailed checklist and setting up a to do list at the beginning and checking things off as we go!
♥ Month to Day of Coordination includes: All Day of Coordination duties. (2) walk throughs of the venue (the first is generally months before, while the second is the final walkthrough 2-4 weeks before the wedding). (2) 2-3 hour meetings/phone calls to establish timeline, rentals etc. These can be anytime before the wedding, even more than a months out ☺
*More time can be added to this package if needed, perfect for the DIY bride looking for a seasoned wedding consultant. Meetings can be set up for help in researching places to purchase décor items, invitations etc.
